- 100% New Zealand owned and operated “Southern Smokehouse” Restaurant, Dine-In & Takeaway, Fully Licensed & Off Sales.
- We will add our kiwi flare using local native smoking woods, spices & herbs as appropriate to NZ tastes.
- We Smoke, Marinate & Season on site, we make all our own Rubs & Sauces to suit our cuisine.
- Meats and recipes have been created with the input of our team and locals.
- Operated by a qualified member of the “NZ Master Chef’s Association” and a passionate team.
